Sage 300 CRE licensing process
Our Sage 300 CRE licensing is consolidated with Alliance Solutions. It gets renewed annually around early February and the servers should automatically pull the new license info as needed. If they do not, below are the steps to manually update the servers and license counts (Zayda has a spreadsheet of current application counts per division).

1. Login to the Sage server Nash PM: npm-sage-01, Spectrum: spec-sage-01, WR Nash: wrnsage01)
2. Open License Administration and login, click "Update" on the right side to retrieve the latest license info
3. If the server doesn't update correctly or won't allow you to edit the counts of licenses, you can also deauthorize it afterhours and then click "Update" again to get the license info.
