Network Printers Card is not known to the System WRN-HQ MFPs

Papercut Admin portal: http://172.19.2.30:9191/admin

1. Sign in with HBHelpdesk credentials on 1Password for admin access while on the WRN network/VPN

PaperCut Manual User Sync

1. Log into http://miadv-print01:9191/admin with AD credentials

2. Go to options --> user/group sync

3. Scroll down to under "Sync Options"

4. Click on green "Synchronize Now" button to manually sync users currently in PaperCut AD group to be able to print to Tamarac Printers

If that doesn’t work, follow these steps.

On the left Pane Click on Users.

Scroll down to other Other Details >>

Under Card / Identity Number: Type the ID# on the user’s card.

Click Apply.

Ensure the user can print before closing the ticket.
