Not Receiving Voicemails Even Though Visual Voicemail Inbox Empty

If people receive a voicemail full message when trying to leave you a voicemail, and your visual voicemail then the issue could be that your inbox is still full but just isn't reflecting in the app. Please follow the steps below to check your voicemail and clear out messages to allow new ones to come in.

1. On your phone open the phone app and select the keypad icon.

2. You will call your voicemail by pressing *86 then be prompted to enter your password. This is normally the last 5 digits of your cell number, if that doesn't work, please let a member of IT know and they can reset it.

3. Once you enter your password you will now be able to access any unheard voicemails. Follow the directory to delete them and this will allow new messages to come in and should resume showing up in your visual voicemail app.
